The use of the traditional tequila process combined with the higher distillation proof creates a never-before seen agave product, yielding a brand new, innovative expression of agave. By removing the heavier fusel oils and unwanted alcohols during distillation like this, we create a superior vodka that still reflects the agave flavors. An 80 proof finished liquid is crystal clear, strong enough to hold up in a cocktail, and e ective in showing the sweet, nuanced agave.

Traditional brick oven cooking of agave, followed by traditional Tahona grinding, prepares the agave for distillation in a 19-plate column still, which goes beyond traditional tequila to reach the required 190 proof of vodka. Special carbon and charcoal filtrations remove impurities before dilution with volcanic rock water, which enhances the taste and overall quality of the final 80-proof spirit.
